Art is not what you see, but what you make others see.

In 2016 / 2017 Johnstone Capital Partners undertook a concerted effort to acquire & redevelop six adjacent industrial warehouse buildings built between 1925 & 1968 into the “District.” As envisioned, the District will consist of 85,000 square feet of restaurants, craft brewing, artistic, creative commercial and athletic uses. The attraction to the assets was obvious; a safe and convenient location that is easily accessible to downtown West Palm Beach with irreplaceable and authentic character beyond what could be replicated today.
Johnstone Capital Partners (“JCP”) is a privately-owned, fully integrated real estate investment management company based in Palm Beach, Florida. JCP seeks to deploy capital into specific and defined strategies within the real estate sector that may be built around a particular geographic concentration, asset class or asset strategy. Working either in joint venture or on a direct basis. JCP’s professionals have been involved with over $4 Billion of real estate investment transactions throughout the United States.

We’re located between clare ave and elizabeth ave in the heart of west palm beach, florida.
The Railway is comprised of a 700 linear-foot former rail line that was established to run behind the buildings for goods to be loaded and delivered to the main rail line and off to a final destination. While not used for at least 40 years, we are lucky enough that it has largely been left untouched with the original rail lines found just beneath some natural vegetation. Our goal, in conjunction with our landscape architect and designers, is to embrace this piece of West Palm Beach's forgotten history and re-imagine it into an active pedestrian-centric walk way and gathering space.
The Public Art program will consist of a variety of publically displayed art offering through the District. This will ultimately include a wall murals, large scale sculpture, landscape design and certain interactive art options. Our goal is not only to make the District an inviting environment for patrons, but also a regional artistic and cultural destination.
ELIZABETH AVE GARDEN
Comprised of 3,500 square feet, The Garden is part of the District Venue. This outdoor oasis has both covered and open spaces and was specifically designed to optimize its usage in conjunction with The Venue or be utilized on its own. We invite you to enjoy this alluring space in the midst of its urban / industrial surroundings.
REUSE & REPURPOSE
We believe the buildings that comprise the District are at the heart of the vision. Built between 1925 & 1968, each building tells its own story and offers its own authenticity and character. From loading docks, to column’s and domed wood trusts ceilings, these buildings are works of art and part of the fabric of West Palm Beach industrious past. Pleas enjoy the "Gallery."
